Great news! The Alcohol & Tobaco Commission just upheld the local ATC's decision to deny Chuck Williams his alcohol permit for the Dunes project. Nice to see the good guys win one! Thanks to all the volunteers at Dunes Action who have worked tirelessly on behalf of the public's best interest.

Having a restaurant at the dunes would be a wonderful & beautiful use of the dunes for the whole year. No new building is required for this, just a greatly needed restoration of the building that has been there for years. I support a liquor license for use by the restaurant!
